About Howard

Howard Berman is the Founder and CEO of SalesAscent™. SalesAscent’s mission is improving overall corporate performance, with a focus on dramatically building sales management skills along and the effectiveness of their selling teams. Mr. Berman has been a sales and marketing professional for over 40 years, during which time he has been responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of many hundreds of successful sales personnel. Along the way he has codified The 29 Natural Laws of Sales™ and The 22 Natural Laws of Sales Management™ respectively, and is the author of books on these subjects.

The material contained in the natural laws has now been taught to a wide range of sales executives and their personnel with remarkable results. Recent examples of these successes include AFLAC, Morgan Stanley, and State Farm Insurance. In the case of AFLAC alone a key executive reported sales growth in the area of 200% after having received their training.

Prior to concentrating on the development and dissemination of the natural laws, Mr. Berman’s career included senior sales responsibilities at ITEL Corp. ADP, and Internolix Corp. where as a member of the board of directors he was responsible for establishing the U.S. sales operation for this international enterprise. He also founded and built his own multi-million IT firm by applying the knowledge that he had researched. In addition to his responsibilities at SalesAscent™, Mr. Berman is also a member of the Westchester IT Cluster and the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce. Currently he is training executives and sales people around the U.S., and recently concluded an extensive series of sales and sales management seminars for key New York IT entrepreneurs. .
